A community staple abandoned for years

Built in 1866, this building is one of the more iconic within downtown Trinidad. Not only is it architecturally significant, but it is one of the largest buildings in the city. Potential plans for Schneider Brewery include retail, living and loft spaces as well as potential restaurant spaces.
